Note from the Manager - Landscape Update
Posted on Aug 22nd, 2014
Your community's landscape vendor, Perfect Cuts, provided me with an update in regards to the dead trees throughout the community.  The dead trees will be cut down, flush with the ground.  Due to the current water restrictions, it is Perfect Cuts' recommendation to wait until the Spring (February/March) to begin replacing these dead trees.  We are hoping to have them approved for replacement in Spring dependent on the current drought situation.

Thank You,
Jennifer Petras

Note from the Manager - Community Fence Update
Posted on Aug 5th, 2014

As many of you may have noticed, repairs to the community fence in Villages of Hidden Lake are needed as well as well as painting.  The stucco columns are also included in this need for repair.  Currently, bids are being obtained to present to the Board of Directors to review and prove.  Some areas are worse than others; these areas have been identified by your property manager and vendors asked to bid and will be addressed.  This is a large project that will most likely need to be done in sections or as the Board deems fit.  Continued fence maintenance will be budgeted for 2015 as we are nearing budget season.  If you know of an area of the community fence needing immediate repairs, please contact hoa@villagesofhiddenlakehoa.com

We appreciate your patience throughout this on-going project.

National Night Out - Tuesday, October 7th @ 7pm
"Meet Your Street"

Crime prevention starts with knowing your surroundings… more importantly your neighbors.  This year's National Night Out event will focus on getting to know the neighbors on your street. We're looking for local coordinators to host an event on your street or block.  This event is a key stepping stone to bringing our neighborhood closer.

Please email neighborhoodwatch@VillagesofHiddenLakeHOA.com more information.
