HOA ANNUAL ASSESSMENT REMINDER:
The 2014 annual HOA assessments in the amount of $400 will be due by January 1, 2014 and are considered late after January 31, 2014. A notice/invoice will be sent late November to early December. If you do not receive an invoice, please contact Planned Community Management, Inc. a CustomerCare@STServices.com
Accounts that are not on an approved pay plan or are not paid in full by the end of January will begin accruing interest and late fees beginning February 1, 2014.
You can mail a payment in form of check or money order to:

Please note your property address on your payment if it is not already printed on your check.
You can also pay using a credit card or e-check online at www.pcmi-us.com. There is a convenience fee charged by the bank for this service. You will need your HOA account number which can be found on your invoice and your Association code which is 019.
If you need a payment plan, please contact Jennifer Petras, Community Manager, at the PCMI office by e-mail at Jennifer.Petras@STServices.com by February 1st. Please inform us the length of the plan you propose. Any plans in excess of 6 months will require Board approval. Please keep in mind, interest will continue to accrue on any unpaid portion of your assessments each month, and there is a $5 processing fee for each payment under the plan.
